    • In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at support@laalstudios.com within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation.

    Repairs

    We would be happy to help you : mail us on support@laalstudios.com for repairs. Kindly include your invoice, the description and the photo of the repair required. We will review your request and let you know if we will be able to repair the product.

    We will share the shipping instructions if we are able to take up the repair request. Do note that certain requests will be subject to charges for repair and shipping. You will also be notified on time it will take for repair once we inspect the piece and assess the time required.
